Types of Certification

Alternative Healthcare Practitioner - (CAHP) is a generic form of certification that can include most alternative healing techniques and modalities including traditional homeopathy and/or naturopathy, hypnotism, color therapy, ionization therapy, sound therapy, vibration therapy, aromatherapy, acupressure, reflexology and similar interventions.

Biofeedback- certification is also available under the titles of bioenergetics, bionetics, bioresonance, neurofeedback, neurotherapy and quantum biofeedback. Please select the certification title that best expresses the type of work you do. Biofeedback is a generic term that includes all of the specialty areas hereafter described:

Bioenergetics includes instrumentation such as the CoRe Inergetix, SCENAR and similar devices.

Bionetics includes cold lazer technology.

Bioresonance devices are well labeled by the manufacturer as such.

Neurofeedback or Neurotherapy is a specialty in eeg biofeedback using brain wave technology as the primary natural therapies intervention.

Quantum Biofeedback - is a non-invasive technology based on quantum physics. Quantum biofeedback includes the SCIO and all similar devices based on quantum physics and the quantum field technology.

Certified Health Coach™ is a trade name of the Certified Health Coach Board (CNCB). CNCB certifies qualified individuals in the alternative health profession. Certification is available in a number of specialty areas including peak performance, quality of life enhancement, exercize and body movement and similar techniques. NTCBEU issues this certification in Europe, Western Asia and the Middle East.

Pain Management - certification is available for a variety of pain management techniques and modalities.

Stress Management - certification is available for natural therapies professionals who specialize in helping clients reduce their stress using a variety of techniques.

Sound Practitioner or Coach certification requires training in using sound energy waves that travel through specific tools.
